1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website, purchasing our e-commerce management packages, or engaging our software developers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable regulations in the United States and internationally.
2. Scope of Services
We provide custom software engineering, e-commerce store operations (for Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Shopify storefronts), and database automation configurations. All deliverables are built on a client-approved sprint schedule. Scope adjustments must be authorized via our administration portal or direct signed statements.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless stated otherwise in a custom Service Level Agreement (SLA), all custom source code, UI designs, and database integrations built specifically for your business belong to you upon receipt of full payment. Framework modules, templates, and pre-existing library structures remain the property of Afolks Digital.
4. Client Obligations
You agree to provide timely access to API keys, Shopify administration accounts, or warehouse inventory channels required for our operators to manage workflows. We are not liable for store suspension issues resulting from client supplier violations.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Afolks Digital or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or store account downtime) arising out of the use or inability to use our systems or operations services.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend support access or cancel store management loops if billing agreements are not met within 7 days of the scheduled monthly invoice cycle.
